Hello,
I work on a single server EX2019_CU12, ADFS (WS2019) configured on the Exchange organization but not yet activated on the virtual directories, just tested on EAC and worked properly.
After installing CU13, without error, access to OWA, ECP, EMS, etc... is impossible, after authentication, "httpcode=500" error for all folders in (Default Web Site).
Many errors in the server application log :

Connection to "Exchange Management Shell" is also impossible, which prevents all access to the configuration of virtual directories.
Any clues? Thanks for your help, I'm at a dead end.
