Sorry, Nino, not going to go down the tube of paying to have a case opened. Have done this in the past and it involves a significant investment of time, energy, and money to little or no result. In each case where RU6 doesn't install it is a single-server Exchange 2010 environment and the only non-plain vanilla thing is that the servers all run GFI MailEssentials. But so do the servers without circular logging and RU6 installed there just fine.
