WidescreenCopper ContributorFeb 01, 2023UPDATE: Newer users were created normally again. So hopefully this was a one-time error.----------------------------------------------Since today we have a strange behavior: New Users have the ID, that should be in "Name" in their "Display Name"! Prename und Surname remain empty. That's not what was announced! The users cannot be found in the Outlook Adress Book either, it is also their sender name: In Azure AD the user is completely normal, so the problem must occur when it is imported in Exchange Online. Perhaps a detail, that could be connected to that: Normally our Display Name is formatted like that: "Surname, First name" (e.g. "Smith, John") Maybe there is a script stumbling upon that comma?
