I did mistakenly uncheck the OU from the Azure AD Connect client synchronization which contained the security groups for permissions on all our of our 2700 public folder and this tool deleted then all the permissions on all of our folders which were assigned by these groups.
It seems to be dangerous to me to run that tool every 7 days automatically.
How can I disable this automatic tool?
