Use Case Description

A medium-sized manufacturing company wants to measure employee satisfaction and engagement to identify areas for improvement. They decided to implement the Employee eNPS Survey App, which is built using Power Apps.

The app should allow employees to complete the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey, which measures their level of satisfaction and likelihood to recommend the company as a good place to work. The survey can be completed on a mobile device or computer and takes only a few minutes to complete.

The app also includes a feature for employees to provide open-ended feedback about their experience working for the company. This feedback is collected and analyzed by HR, who can use it to identify areas for improvement and to develop action plans to address any issues.

The app also includes a dashboard for management, which provides real-time visibility into the results of the NPS survey. Managers can view the results by department, location, and other demographic information, and can use this information to identify areas that need improvement.

Benefits to the organization

It provides the company with valuable insights into employee satisfaction and engagement, and allows them to identify areas for improvement, which helps the company to retain their employees and improve the overall employee experience.

Attention:

  • App should be built using Dataverse as your data source
  • Pay attention to accessibility.
  • Be flexible with your design concept.

You are hired as a Power Platform Developer to build this Application.
