Flow for Education

Flow is fantastic for education, great for things like document approvals, speeding up personal productivity, managing social media.

The pricing is very hefty too £4 per user per month from what I can see and it only gives you an additional 2,500 runs per month. Is there a way that Education Institutions can get many more flows? Can someone at Microsoft please provide feedback internally? This appears to be the same even if they are paying for a3 or a5 licenses.
