Anyone know why Cortana isn't enabled for domain?

I'd imagine its the FCC and under 13 rules and regulations. Not applicable to all countries, but the USA is the centre of the universe ;)

Thanks for the feedback. Enabling Cortana for Edu is blocked because of student privacy requirements, which are of high priority to us.
We hope to be able to fix this in the future.
