Hi, We are a large organization and in the early stages of building a tech liaison program (aka Champion Program). The folks who fill these rolls will be champions for all things IT related - it will become part of their role. I am following the Build a Champions Program Guide and it is very useful. I am wondering if anyone has an example or template for a champion commitment guide?
I am new to this and new to Change Management so any great resources will be much appreciated. I am a firm believer that if someone already built a great wheel - no need to re-create the wheel when you can tweak it. Thanks in advance!
