Adoption Specialist Course Registration Issue
Hello All - This community identified a bug with the registration system for the Adoption Specialist course. This course on EdX will be available until December 30, 2020 and it will then transition to Microsoft Learn. Currently, no one can complete the EdX course registration. This is a bug that we are working to resolve. Thank you for your patience and your continued interest in the course. My team and I will keep you all updated here as soon as we resolve the problem!

Hi Karuana - is there any update on solving the registration bug for the Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist course on EdX?
I'm hoping to enroll in this course.
Thanks
- Jessie_HwangMicrosoft
Hi ajbatchelor - unfortunately the issue is turning out to be a bit more complex than a simple bug as we originally thought, and we are still working with the edX team on resolving it as quickly as we can. We apologize for the delay and really do appreciate everyone's patience as we try to get this back up ASAP. I will continue to keep this thread updated on any progress we've made.

Hi Jessie_Hwang there will be also the possibility to do the certification exam directly on microsoft learn? I've followed all the course https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/paths/m365-service-adoption/ but I cant find a link/page to the exam certification. Thanks
- Jessie_HwangMicrosoft
Hi sa2my96 - currently you will receive a trophy and badges when you complete the course on Microsoft Learn. We are working on turning this into a certificate course, but that likely may not happen this calendar year.

Karuana_Gatimu_MSFT - thanks for keeping up with the issue. I was disappointed when I went to sign up this evening and it said it closed on 09/30/20. I will definitely be checking back to find out when the issue was resolved.

- Bernd KroonBrass ContributorHi Karuana,
When I started preparing my CSP I enrolled for this course in EdX. Soon thereafter I discovered all the opportunities from Microsoft Learn (and are taking courses there). My question is if microsoft can transfer the exam fee that I paid to EdX to a voucher for an exam for your course when it is available in MS Learn?- Jessie_HwangMicrosoft
Hi Bernd Kroon - this is something we are working with the Microsoft Learn team to ensure it can transfer over, once the course migrates to Microsoft Learn.

Jessie_Hwang Great, appreciate your efforts & I look forward to be able to finalize the course and take the exam!
