September brought a new set of resources and experiences to Microsoft Adoption designed to make it easier to move from learning about Microsoft technology to putting it into practice. From a redesigned Prompt Gallery and new Copilot skilling opportunities to hands-on communications guidance and new Microsoft Teams resources, this month's updates give organizations practical ways to build skills, explore AI-powered experiences, and support adoption.

Here’s what’s new:

Find the right prompt faster with the redesigned Prompt Gallery

The Prompt Gallery has a refreshed experience that makes it easier to find prompts for the work you need to get done. Customers can now browse by both function and product, creating a clearer path to prompts aligned to their role and task.

The gallery now also includes Copilot Cowork prompts and multi-step prompts, helping demonstrate how prompts can work together across more complex task flows.

Build Copilot and agent skills with Digital Accelerator

The Digital Accelerator experience brings live, Microsoft-led Copilot and agent skilling journeys to customers across multiple global time zones. Cohorts run between three and six weeks and pair guided learning with actionable resources designed to help organizations accelerate transformation and adoption.

Whether you're building foundational AI skills or looking for more structured ways to put Copilot and agents into practice, Digital Accelerator creates another path from learning to action.

Put communications challenges into practice with Comms Camp

For corporate communications teams and the IT professionals who support them, Comms Camp provides a hands-on learning experience centered on real-world communications challenges. Participants bring a communications challenge and work with Viva Engage, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and agent workflows to build a communications playbook they can reuse beyond the workshop. This gives communicators an opportunity to move beyond learning about AI and collaboration tools and start applying them directly to the work they already do.

Explore new resources for building agents in Microsoft Teams

A new Teams platform microsite provides a centralized place for customers, Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs), and Microsoft field teams to find resources for building agents in Teams using the Teams SDK. The experience brings together technical documentation, an associated GitHub repository, and Teams Store links.

For organizations looking to extend Teams with agent experiences, the new destination makes the supporting technical resources easier to discover in one place.

Support frontline workers with a new Teams and Viva Engage playbook

A new Teams and Viva Engage playbook for frontline workers gives IT administrators and communications teams practical guidance for deploying and configuring the two experiences for their frontline workforce.

The resource adds another practical adoption tool for organizations working to connect employees whose day-to-day work may happen away from a traditional desk.

Get more from Communities in Teams

September also introduced a Communities in Teams playbook. The resource is designed to help users understand what Communities in Teams is, when to use it, and how to get more value from communities in their everyday Teams experience.

Explore the latest OneDrive and Copilot digital event

The fourth annual OneDrive + Copilot - Your file system and photo solution for the AI era digital event is another addition highlighted this month. Its event experience brings together information about the latest OneDrive innovations and AI-powered experiences for files and photos, along with an event trailer, registration, and a call to action for upcoming OneDrive Customer Office Hours.
