Software Center is not showing correctly on new Windows 10 clients

I have created a new MECM system.  Currently at the testing stage of installing the agent onto the devices.  All the OS's that I have installed, Windows 10 is the only one that will not update Software Center to the modified version.  It still has the IT Organization in blue where as the other OS's have what I customized.

The Windows 10 device is within the boundry group and is getting the client settings.  I added it and a Windows 11 device at the same time and the Windows 11 is getting the new Software Center.  Both systems are also getting the client certificate.

This seems to only happen with Windows 10 Devices.  The version is Windows 10 Pro 2004 and MECM is the current version.
