Hi All,
I'm using SCCM 2207 with Third Part update enable.
I've select Dell models for which I needs driver updates. Then added clean (without any drivers) Windows 10 (Dell Latitude 5580) to SCCM. Dell client system inventory Agent (3.7.8.2) is installed on Windows 10 device.
On SCCM i can see only 1 updates needed for that device DL5580. At the same time, when i open Dell command update, it is showing 5 critical updates and 6 recommended updates. When i check each of that updates (from Dell update) in SCCM, they are marked as "Not required".
Does anyone has an idea how to force SCCM to show (as required) all critical and recommended updates for dell devices?
Regards
Marcin

@Garth-MVP I literally have this same issue in our environment. I had a remote session with Dell today (11/3/22) and they would not/could not diagnose the issue. After about 45 minutes, the tech gave up and said "I will request you to have this checked with the Microsoft team as the Dell application is specific to the Dell system". I then insisted that this is a PART of their system, to which they said for me to reach out to Microsoft again. The tech confirmed that Dell Command Update was installed properly and worked properly on the laptop but refused to go any further.
We have several Dell machines that show needed updates in Dell Command, but display 0 required in SCCM. Very frustrating issue.
I have opened a case with MS to see what suggestions they can advise for us.
