Running Batch file on collection

Hi All

I am new to this environment in our organization and learning everyday. Currently I am stuck with this little issue and hope someone can direct me to the right path. What I am trying to do is that I have a folder and inside that folder there are some batch file and couple of registry file. I want to copy the folder to the collection and run those batch file on each and every machine in the collection. The batch file run the registry file and also replace some files in the system with a new one. 

I would appreciate if someone can tell me the best way to accomplish this. I have created a collection and a package content the one of the batch file that copy all the content of the folder to collection but it does not run the other batch file that suppose to run.
