OSD Process Issues

Hey all, Having an issue where I am able to boot a machine and start an OSD process using the proper Task Sequence, but the device never shows up in the status of the OSD Deployment under Monitoring. Normally, I would see it as unknown or the name it was given under In Progress while its running, but nothing is showing up. When its done, whether its complete or had errors, there is no record of it in the Deployment Status...... On top of that, the summarization times seem off, as if the Deployment was modified in the last 31 days, its suppsoed to summarize it every 60 min according to the site summarization config, but its days behind on summarization times... Not sure what is going on!
