Endpoint Config Manager Licensing Requirements

Hello, 

 

A partner has asked the following question and I am not familiar with the subject matter, so I'm asking for assistance and documentation to the following:

 

1. What are the requirements to license Endpoint Config Manager by Operating system or by user in an OVS Agreement?
2. Is Endpoint Config Manager be licensed by user, operating system, or at FTE count?
