Duplicate MP after upgrade

I have upgraded SCCM from 2211 to 2309 and I have a strange error.  One of my sites has picked up 2 MP's from AD apparently, one of which is compatible and one not.  The non compatible is showing version 9122 and is HTTPS enabled (the correct one) and the other one version 9096 and HTTP enabled.

As our actual MP is HTTPS only, the client will not connect at all.

I have rebuilt the system management container (unpublish and republish), checked DNS (all ok and set to HTTPS) and I assume the MPList is correct as testing is difficult.

Any help would be appreciated.
