I am a program manager on the Configuration Manager Sustaining Engineering team. I started supporting beta SMS 1.0 in 1993. After several years in product support working on SMS 1.x as a supportability PM and Escalation Engineer I joined the SMS/Config Manager product group in 2000 during the SMS 2.0 timeframe as a SE developer and helped ship several service packs. I transitioned a few years later to project management and worked on the SMS 2003 Device Management Feature Pack and System Center Reporting Manager.
I took a trip into Windows Mobile land at the beginning of 2006 and worked on Windows Mobile Update and System Center Mobile Device Manager 2008. Both were rewarding experiences however I missed my favorite product and rejoined the Configuration Manager team in the summer of 2008. Currently I'm responsible for Configuration Manager serviceability and for thinking up new ways to effectively engage with our community, customers and partners.
