Issue in showing the username of who is replied to on the main screen

There is an issue on Microsoft Tech Community's and a community's main screen where there will be a first conversation in which a username of the person who is replied to is shown and then the discussions below them will show the same username who is replied to even if the person is not replied to in those conversations. This issue is only seen in some conversations.

It shows that all the conversations have been lastly replied to one person but only the first conversation has been replied to that personThe first conversation where the person has been really replied toThe second conversation where the person in first conversation was not replied to but shows that on the main screenThis goes till the fourth conversation(Same as second)
