How to track student activity on mac/iOS?

In Onenote 2016 for PC the name of a students page would turn to bold when a student changed something. This made it easy to see if a student had done any work. It seems like this feature is no longer present in OneNote class notebook for iOS and Mac. 

Does anyone know if this is a feature that’s on it’s way? And how do you track student activity without it?
