Hi, Regarding Windows 2022 HotPatch option, Can this feature be supported through Update management solution for Azure VM's in a scheduled way?

Hi @Shalini28 So far there is nothing that affirms that Automation Account Update management can do that job, but you can use Automatic VM guest patching for Azure VMs, it's an alternative.
