Which one is the real cost?

I was creating one Azure SQL database and I found one thing that the cost on the portal while creating and on pricing calculator are different. Below are the screenshots of the both the costing.

Please tell me which one is the real cost?

    The first price, 98611.95 is for 730 hours. The second price 100503.14 looks to be for 31 days (maths here is 98611.95/730 * 24 *31=100503.14)
    730 hours is used as an "average number of hours in a month" in the pricing calculator. The figure in the portal appears to be for a 31-day month (744 hours).
