Unable to Co-Edit Wiki in Azure DevOps

Hi ,

 In the Azure DevOps , only the Owner/Administrator can create and Edit the Wiki page in the Overview section...Rest of the Team even if they are Contributor role are unable to edit the Wiki page.

Please guide what settings need to be enabled.
