Trigger Multiple ADO Pipelines Dynamically Based on JSON, TXT, EXCEL file

Hi all,

We have a unique requirement to create an ADO Pipeline from a Repo (having txt,json,or Excel File) to trigger multiple pipelines in ADO. The JSON or Excel file will hold the name or id of the pipeline and whenever required after making changes to the txt/json file it should trigger a pipeline and the pipeline in turn should trigger the pipelines configured in txt or JSOn file. Is there a way to achieve this .?
