Service Fabric heath by rest API

I want to use the Service Fabric Health rest API to create a Dashboard (cluster level, node level). The intent is to show near real-time status of all the SF clusters. 

So the API's will be called with an interval of 2-3 mins. Will it impact the load to the SF cluster? if Yes how to calculate the computational load.
