Migrating email from one tenant to another tenant without moving teams from source tenant

Hello 

I am new to Azure and my boss gave me as task and he wants me to migrating email box from one tenant to another tenant but  without moving teams from source tenant. is it possible? I will be very greatfull to experts if anyone able to help me and if is having any documentation.

Thanks for the quick reply, really appritiated. still one question is there, by migrating am i able to use teams app in old tenanat or it will get migrated to new tenant with mail box?
