So, I had to troubleshoot issues with Azure AD Sync. Guy from support was completely baffled when he saw my route table with 0.0.0.0/0 over firewall appliance.

The guy apparently DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IS A DEFAUL ROUTE.
I mean, seriously??? I do understand he is not a network engineer, but I didn't ask him about BGP confederations or MPLS VRF implementation. He could not understand what is a default route!!!

It would be similar if I didn't know what NIC teaming is or how to get into Windows registry. No, it's even worse! :D
