Make Proximity Placement Group available for other resources

Currently Proximity Placement Group is available for Virtual Machines.

However, it would be very useful to have it also available for a resource like Azure Database for MySQL Flexible Server. In our scenario, we would be running our application in a VM, and would like to use the MySQL Flexible Server as a managed database resource. It would be nice to optimize the latency between the application and the DB as much as possible. Currently I think the only thing to optimize latency is assign them to the same Availability Zone, but probably being able to assign them to the same Proximity Placement Group would be even better.

When allocating the compute resource for the MySQL Flexible Server it looks like there is some underlying VM being allocated. Sounds like it would not be too much effort to make it possible to assign that underlying VM to some Proximity Placement Group.

So, my suggestion is to make it possible to assign resources that have an underlying VM to Proximity Placement Groups.
