Make a user attribute required for new users

Hi there, 

I was wondering if there is a possibility to make user attributes required for new users created in Azure AD? Let's take an example: I want all new users created in Azure AD to have the Company Name and Department attributes as required fields, preventing users being created with these attributes blank.

I don't believe this is possible to force these as mandatory, you might have to adjust your user provisioning processes to include this, this is an excellent opportunity for automation and other systems to force this field before it makes it into Azure AD.
