Load Balance traffic on Public IPs

Hi there!

Is there a solution in Azure that uses Private IPs in frontend and uses Public IPs as backend to load balance on public IPs.

The invert of a normal Public Azure Load Balancer.

For web traffic you can do this with an Application Gateway.
