How to Trigger Azure Pipelines based on email from outlook

HI team,
just came to know the possibilities of setting up like 
1) if I set one specific email if which received only about recent updates of the software from so and so render 

2) i have a pipeline which runs the automation tests 

3) i want to run the pipeline in step 2 once i receive any mail in my inbox mentioned in step 1 

is it possible to make it with azure and outlook if yes please help me with the suggestions to achieve this?
