How to manage dependencies of work items in different regions?

Hi,

We have a feature F1 in region1 on TFS and F2 in region2 which is dependent on F1 from region1,

Now how do we link or track these work items which are in different regions?

you can link work items to indicate relationships, such as dependency or relatedness.
Open the work item F2 in region2.
Use the "Related" link type to link to F1 in region1.
