How to deal with lots of tasks

When a story contains multiple tasks for several disciplines from different steps in the process:

1. Refinement tasks
2. Backend development tasks
3. Frontend development tasks
4. Testing tasks

There will be less focus and distraction regarding tasks which are not relevant (depending on your role). My idea was to create a 'Main task' for each discipline and that 'Main task' will be the parent task for other tasks. Unfortunately it looks like DevOps doesn't support this kind of hierarchy. What could be another solution?

For the need of the progress from the checklist, we've chosen to use appgami.
