Handle the tasks in a sprint

Question

Hi&nbsp;&nbsp;I'm rather new to DevOps but been trying to use it in our company (small one) for a little while. We have set up a process through Sprints that has worked fine during the work we've done.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;BUT we are also looking to use it even broader, and now I would do a check if what we have already set up will do when expanding.&nbsp;Espescially in the OPS-part of it.&nbsp;Does anyone know of good videos/tutorials that show several good examples on the process work for the project manager in DevOps, i.e different ways of setting up and handling sprints all the way through?

Hello 🙂If you are looking to scale the use of Azure Boards, for example, using it for multiple Scrum/Agile teams, long/short-term plannin, handleling teams/areas....
