Disabled azure account. Need to download vhd or blob

Hi,

Is there any way to download a blob or vhd from a disable account?? The portal interface won't let me access any blobs or containers also I cannot create a https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-dotnet-shared-access-signature-part-1?toc=%2fazure%2fvirtual-machines%2fwindows%2ftoc.json.

Now I only have read-only permissions as the account is temporarily disabled. I use CLI 2.0 and get the read-only warnings with common commands.
