Deploy an Azure Stack HCI cluster

Use Windows Admin Center to deploy an Azure Stack HCI cluster and join the domain in 1.3. What should I do if I don't want to add a domain name? How do I skip this step?

What should I do because there is no reliable and redundant AD domain controller in my network? Can we migrate the AD domain to the hyper v virtual machine in the cluster after deploying it? Also, migrate the Windows admin center to the hyper v virtual machine.
