Data encryption

Hi Team,

I saw there is an option to encrypt data in transit and rest for Azure Service Bus. Is it possible to used two different certificates /keys ( my certificate, not Azure) to encrypt data at rest and transit? I mean one certificate for encrypting Data at rest and another certificate for encrypting data in transit for following services?
