We use ADO for our code repo and pipelines to production. We have a separate standalone form (using another technology) to complete change requests forms.
I'm looking to see how we can improve the process by integrating the change management process into ADO. Open to using new technology as well (i.e. replace my current form with a Power App, if there's an integration option into ADO).
Does anyone run their change management process (i.e. get approvals from product owner/business) within ADO? Maybe inside a release pipeline as a gate? Maybe a separate work item? Curious to hear what others are doing.
