Azure Security Center Delegation

Hi,
Is there any way to delegate Azure Security Center with LightHouse?
I would like to have the delegation implemented with Sentinel - for MSPs.
Where the service provider can contribute to the customer's workspace.

Also is it possible to have access to the customer's log analytics workspace? (Run queries)
