Azure DevOps server settings logs

I want to trace some changes in the Azure DevOps server, especially in the work item process type,

in my case, I created an inherited process from Agile and made some changes and after a period of time, someone who has the privilege of the server made some changes in the new inherited process... So, I want to know who made that.

Thanks, @Kidd_Ip for your reply, But this link has a solution for Cloud services not for the Azure DevOps server
so, please tell me if you have solution
