There are numerous documented ways to deploy to Azure app services and database as a service. (I've read numerous articles, like Release Pipelines.)
I am working with developers to deploy from a release when a new build is created. However, I'm wondering if there are best practices related to using Azure DevOps Pipelines for deployment.
I'm also very interested in deploying to (and creating) new resources as part of the release deploy. (Using ARM templates or Blueprints).
