Azure DevOps and ER VNET integration

We have an ER VNET in which we have created a VM for SonarQube. The Azure DevOps pipeline, we are using Microsoft Hosted Agents and have created SonarQube service connection as well. However, the connectivity between Azure DevOps and the VM is not getting established. Need assistance to establish this connectivity. Prepare Analysis on SonarQube task fails with error: ##[error][SQ] API GET '/api/server/version' failed, error was: {"errno":"ETIMEDOUT","code":"ETIMEDOUT","syscall":"connect","address":"10.69.58.196","port":9000}
