Azure Cloud Shell - cursor jumps back several lines and overwrites previous output
I frequently find that using Azure Cloud Shell, either the web version or linked to Windows Terminal will have the problem of the cursor jumping backwards, up the screen, and then overwriting previous output.
Is there a setting to tell the system "I don't ever want the cursor to go up from where it is?"
It seems to trigger when the output gets near the bottom of the current window. Then the cursor will get stuck where it is in the window and not scroll down anymore.
I wind up having to type "clear" frequently to be able to see the command I'm typing and it's output.
