Hello, can the Azure Backup be controlled with Tag? As soon as a server gets a certain tag, it should be set up and started in the backup with a certain backup plan.
Azure Backup does not support natively this feature. However, you can define a custom Azure Policy to deploy Azure Backup when a VM is created or updated with a specific tag. Have a look at the "Configure backup on VMs of a location to an existing central Vault in the same location" built-in policy. It should be a good reference for developing your own policy.
