Azure Analysis Services

When I  do a Data Model from my Local desktop using SSDT and publish it back to AAS. Then Power BI installed in my desktop I connect to Azure Analysis and do my reports. In such a situation does the cache being used in Power BI during refresh is that of the AAS pricing tier which I used?
