Azure AD B2C Conditional Access from Another Tenant

Hi There,

I noticed that when my users login to an app on another Azure tenant using their O365 accounts, the Conditional Access policies from our tenant are not applied like MFA. How can I make sure that MFA is applied even when my users are using their O365 account to login to an app on another Azure tenant?
