Authorize NPM for ADO registries

Since the ADO PAT management API just reached public preview, I created a replacement for the "vsts-npm-auth" tool (currently referenced when you go through the ADO "Connect to feed" flow).

I would love to see this or something like it replace the old tool (which is Windows only). Let me know if I can help.
