Aure Test plans - add new column to test steps

Hi 

We are trying to implement Azure test plans for our org . we are trying to add additional columns to the test steps for eg to add testers for each test steps or add additional data for each test step as a comment.

Can anyone help on this,  is there any way to or any extensions
