I am testing Azure DevOps. I have an error "No hosted parallelism has been purchased or granted. To request a free parallelism grant, please fill out the following form https://aka.ms/azpipelines-parallelism-request". I filled the form 5 WORKING days ago to obtain that service but the problem still exists and I didn't get any answer.
I asked for help on https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/.
Irina Perez Paniagua [MSFT] didn't try to help me for 4 days (we talked 4 days). She simply direct me to Azure support but I have a basic plan, I am testing Azure so I can't obtain any support.
I don't know what to do........
