I have the same problem using "Microsoft Remote Desktop" on chromebook Acer 315 CB315-3H-C3EV .
Problems seem related on mouse:
- scrolling on remote pc using mouse wheel is very slow and sometimes it lags;
- sometimes mouse left button works like mouse right button.
Furthermore is it possibile to send ALT+TAB command to remote computer (to change current windows) instead of local one?
