The macOS Microsoft Remote Desktop client has an option to "Use Mac shortcuts for cut, copy, paste, and select all, undo, and find", which sounds nice but creates other muscle memory problems (e.g., I can hit CMD+F to initiate Find in a browser, but I have to remember to hit CTRL+T to create a new tab).

It would be much more helpful, for me at least, to have an option that just swaps CTRL and COMMAND completely so that all of my keyboard shortcuts are consistent.
